- Message & data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
- Message frequency varies depending on your activity and inquiries
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

LIA is for informational purposes only and does not constitute licensed real estate advice. All final transactions require consultation with a licensed real estate professional.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the SMS service for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes
- Provide false information when opting in
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the messaging system
6. Limitation of Liability
Anchor Realty is not liable for any delays, errors, or omissions in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier. Property information provided via SMS is for informational purposes and may change without notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our SMS service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
